Status of Transfer of Existing Substances

ERMA New Zealand is systematically transferring substances already notified. As each substance is reviewed, assessed, approved and transferred, it will be identified in the appropriate section of the ERMA New Zealand and NZCIC web-sites.

To date, Explosives and the existing schedules of the Toxic Substances Regulations are being progressively transferred (see the relevant sections of this site).

The NZCIC welcomes enquiries concerning the transfer project.
